ITEM is a manufacturing process company certified with ISO 9001:2008 quality management system (7S, AM, VSM & SPC method). Our services covers prototyping, assembling, and testing of various mechanical and electrical engineering solutions, customizing various electrical panel enclosures, wiring works, assembly, delivery of electrical panel to customer provided design specifications.

Design, Installation, Testing & Commissioning

ITEM are capable to design a substation building, trench layout together with installing the equipment and auxiliary equipment. With the expertise and competence ITEM staff, testing and commissioning also are being done by our side.

Maintenance & After Sales Service

ITEM has been rewarded by TNB to do maintenance, inspection and repairing work. This three skilled teams specializing in service and maintenance work and also for breakdown service are always prepared to standby 24 hours. The teams are also supervised by qualified and competence supervisor to do the maintenance work.

Consultancy

ITEM provide cost effective and functional design of our product for varied type of project and complexities. Our philosophy emphasizes the integration of safety, convenience, environment comfort and maintainability with architecture and economics for value customers.

Training

ITEM offers a wide range of training options to teach our customer/user the in and out of our product. We design our product with an emphasis on teaching the hands-on skills. We also offer various related training program relate to product appreciation, operations, maintenance and trouble-shooting.
